Tarde de Ópera en Condado: A Free Night of Opera Under the Stars Closes the Olga Iglesias Project's Third Year with the Municipality of San Juan
On Sunday, June 28, the Olga Iglesias Project and the Municipality of San Juan present 'Tarde de Ópera en Condado,' a free open-air concert at Plaza Antonia Quiñones. The evening caps a third year of partnership with the city — which has already brought opera to the Museo de San Juan and Casa Ashford — now renewed for another series of concerts.

The Orchestrated Version of 'La Batalla de los Clásicos' Debuts at the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music
On November 16, the Olga Iglesias Project presented the debut of the orchestrated version of 'La Batalla de los Clásicos' at the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music — in Spanish and English, newly scored for flute, violin, and cello — before a live audience whose response, gathered through the Liz Lerman Critical Response Process, will guide the creative team's next stage of the work.

(OIP) and the production company of the Kennedy Center Honors signed a licensing agreement to exhibit a 1972 photo of Justino Díaz, which belongs to the historical collection of OIP. The photo will be included during the Kennedy Center Honors broadcast on CBS and Paramount Plus on December 21, 2021 in which Justino Díaz receives the honor.
